We collect the information you provide during account creation (email address, name) and the business information you share in conversations with your AI Marketing Employee. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your business information is used exclusively to generate and improve your Business Growth Plan. Conversation history is stored to provide continuity between sessions. We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses — inputs are subject to Anthropic's data use policies.
Your data is stored in a secure database hosted on Supabase. Authentication is handled by Clerk. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@getaios.net. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
